General Lost Item (Shipment) Claim Procedure
In the event of the parcels, mails, package has not arriving exceeding the maximum expected arrival time you may consider to do the following.
1. Contact the nearest local post office and present them the tracking number for them to check in the system database. Checked in the sender post office online tracking database if the current status of the parcels.
2. If still unable to tracking - then contact the sender to check with their post office database about the location of the items / package
3. If confirmed the items lost then request the sender to claim compensation from his post office
Note: That post office policy does not provide full refund the amount of the item price or the amount of the total shipment cost. It depends on their policy and sometimes no refund at all.

Compre unos artículos por AliExpress y ya ha pasado más de un mes que se supone salio de shanghaiy sigue en ruta hacia México... Porque tarda tanto mi paquete LZ615321127CN ?
Based on the tracking info the item is already leaving shanghai for mexico sometimes ago about 2 months but it never have any updates since then. It should have been arrived in mexico but not no updates from mexico post office.
