General Information about PERU postal service
International delivery of common Letter and Form by Serpost with estimated delivery time up to 15 days and cover 190 countries worldwide. The weight of the parcel is up to 2 kilograms. You can find the info about this on the Serpost web-page.
EMS (Express Mail Service) is also available via SerPost and the estimated delivery time is 7 days (1 week or more). It's an estimate without any delay during transit of the package. The service covers limited countries and contact the nearest post office for more information. Consignment weight eligible for EMS service is up to 30 kilograms depending on the country of destinations.

Online tracking is available on the SerPost Website - however, you have to use their service and register to the website in order to use the online tracking facility. You could also use offline tracking by contacting SerPost nearest post office or any branches and present them the tracking number for them to check in their system.
