- Step 1: Track online and contact your local post office for information (present your tracking number to them) after the expected time arrival is expired usually 1 month. Special case up to 3 months.
- Step 2: If there information not yet available after long time contact sender of the package and request him/her to make inquiry to their respective local post office or designated courier company which responsible for the package delivery.
- Step 3: After the package is confirm lost request the sender to file lost claim to his/her local post office and request to resend the new package to you. This only applies if you have a good heart sender who is willing to take responsibility of the delivery. If you are unlucky then just take it as a lesson and experience because there is nothing much you can do about it.
