I've sent two packages from Beijing to Poland on June 22nd. One of them arrived after few weeks, but the other one never came. It's still in custom scan since July 10th. The items in the package have sentimental value for me. Could you please give me some update? Package CP344319547CN. Thank you
ReplyDeleteThe package has been too long in the custom clearance and there are two possibilities - either it is confiscated by customs due to prohibited items or it is stolen by some individuals. It could be also the customs request the item to be return by the post unwilling to do so because there is nobody going to pay the cost for them. So it is left in the customs unclaim
