Lost / Missing package shipped by Bulgarian post registered parcel to Kuching Sarawak Malaysia

Lost / missing parcel shipped using mail by Bulgarian post (registered mail) -  the item is being sent was on the 03 Nov 2016 and processed delivery from Sofia Bulgaria to Malaysia on the 06 November 2016. However since then no traces of the item being arrived in Malaysia. The last time overall shipping time was only taking 1 week but this time no traces at all even after 13 days. I was being told by the sender that the item could be confiscated by the Bulgarian custom or Malaysian custom as part of it is lead which contains poisonous chemical.

Despite of the untrackable item after a long time now it's 06 December 2016 the item suddenly arrived. That is about exactly 1 month 3 days from the date since it was shipped on the 03 November 2016. I thought the item is lost since there are no tracking information on Pos Malaysia website and it was very very long. This is one peculiar case in long distance purchasing that we have to face. Since it is a registered mail (Pos Daftar) the package should be trackable but not in this case.
