I have 2parcels RP014942738CN and RH976359005CN to be delivered from China to India. On tracking the items, the status message posted are the repeated ones since 19-August-2018 till date (29-August-2018) stating “Export Custom Clearence Complete, Shipped by air”. The same message is being shown 10 times since 19-August.

Your item is still in india air port ..once it is done it will be registered to indian post office tracking system and you will be able to track the parcel from there
