  1. Hello,

    I sent a package to shenzen, and there was a status from 19th of september "arrival at Red Lai processing Center". Yesterday the status changed with "Red Lai - has been returned, has been sealed - and has left". In 17track there is an "alarm" - but that can be everything (not readable adress, not accepted, damaged, lost, ...)

    Here are the messages from the last two weeks for the package number CA423031537AT :

  2. Tracking info shows the item is out for delivery but if is still not delivered to the receiver you can call 11185 to ask the nearest post office where the item is located and go pick it yourself.
