USPS First Class Package International (small packets) delivery to Brazil returned due to incorrect address

Very often this little problem matters when it comes to shipping item especially to international destination - because the consequences are too great for both the sender and the recipients that will leave both parties frustrated with one another. This is an example USPS parcel that has been shipped via USPS first class package International (small packets) was eventually returned due to incorrect / incomplete address. It's must be very frustrating but it happens and this is not the first - and it happens every once in a while especially to the middle east country.
