Very suspicious delivery item from SingPost to Lebanon / Nigeria.

This is one of the most suspicious shipment that could be some sort of scam trick by the buyer. At first the item arrived in Lebanon and then the courier / post office office attempted and fail to deliver. Then it goes to Nigeria it attempted delivery and fail again. The buyer could be using stolen credit cards to purchase the item and divert the item to deliver to Nigeria.

I have known this little tricked by a Vietnamese guy before who use to do this - he uses stolen credit cards to buy jackets from the US. Then he will put the delivery address correctly but the desination country wrong. For example specific address in Vietnam but the destination country is Hong Kong. The interesting part is that when the courier try to deliver the item in Hong Kong there is no such address and then eventually search the correct address as stated by the buyer / recipient which is Vietnam. Then the item will be delivered correctly. But it is using stolen cards.
