Pos Malaysia Registered Mail to the California USA (lost)

Registered Mail service posted via Pos Malaysia (Pos Laju) on the 30 May 2017 hasn't arrive to the destination in the California US since it was dispatched out to the US on the 31 May 2017. There was not tracking updated ever since until now which is already 3 months. This parcels should be lost somewhere in the shipping process. Below is tracking from Pos Laju Malaysia tracking site and there is no update from USPS counter part which it should.
