myHermes delivery time within the UK - item damaged

Another delivery service by myHermes UK which took 4 days to deliver the parcel to the clients as per tracking info from myHermes UK below. the item was shipped / posted on the 05 August 2017 and delivered on the 9 August 2017. Very consistent delivery time it's just that people are complaining their item does not come in good condition which mean it damaged during shipment as of myHermes poor handling of the item.
