China post registered mail delivery time to Spain

Item was shipped from Dongguan Post Office via China registered mail on the 05 Jul 2017 and arrivedin Spain on the 18 Jul 2017. The delivery time is pretty much as non-trackable unregistered mail service except that it has tracking information for the users to track. That is like 3 weeks time or exactly 16 days.
