DPD Tracking information meaning - "Exception"

How to read DPD tracking status meaning:

1. Data Logged: The order has been placed for pickup but not yet collected by the Courier

2. Collected At Depot - The package arrived at depot closest to the collection point

3. Collect At Location - Describes which trans-shipment depot is has reached.

4. In Transit - In progress of shipment usually by air-carrier or sea (if applicable)

5. Out of Delivery - In progress delivering to the recipient address

6. Delivered - The item has been received and signed by recipient

7. Awaiting Customs Clearance - in progress customs clearance process

8. "Exception" - Something gone wrong with the package - call the sender to contact the DPD company and request for the status of the item
