Hi recently placed 2 orders one has been updated every day and is due for delivery today. The other is just stuck on despatch from sorting center 4 days ago? The tracking number is LZ731713133CN tried royal mail website and still says item is departing originating country is this normal or could something be wrong e.g stuck at customs for some reason?
