If you are from the UK shipping item to Italy using parcel force or royal mail register mail service you might want to read this. There are quite significant number of complaints from the UK shippers who sent their item to Italy and the item arrived very slowly despite using the fastest service from ParcelForce or Royal Mail.
Through everyone experiences they found out that the Poste Italiane is the one who having the problems of delivering the item quickly to the recipients. This has cause complaints from the Italian buyers putting their frustration towards the senders. Not knowing that their post office are the one having the problem.
So most people from the UK suggested not to use registered mail service or any post office service instead using private courier with the like of DHL, UPS or TNT.
**The complaints are quite serious so if you are one of those having the same problem sending item from the UK using parcelforce or royal mail to Italy you are not alone.

Based on the tracking info last updated was 28 aug - it could be that the item has been shipped but no further updates. This is normal for registered mail with their slow updates. Note that it could take 30 days or perhaps 2 months for the item to arrive so just wait until now. After one or two weeks later contact the seller to check with their post office

Based on the tracking info status in transit means it still enroute to italy and not yet being received by the customs and poste italiane. Once they got the package the tracking info will be available on poste italiane tracking page.

Hallo, I've got a problem with my parcel, tracking number is LZ777614980CN. The seller shipped it on the 5th of September and the last update goes back to the 10th, stating it had lefted China to go to Milan International. There have not been any other updates since that and 20 days have passed now. Is my parcel in Italy already? Could you please give me some other informations?
Tracking info shows the item not yet going to italy even after the last update. Its better to call the seller and discuss for refund
