I bought 2 items from different sellers and got unregistered immediately after the payment. they both send me an email that told me not to worry about that and to not open a case in paypal and ebay.
Now, I waited for almost 5 weeks for my packages that stuck on the same status "Plan to cross the air" or "Sent to airline".
My packages tracking number is:

From the tracking info despite of 2 different sellers it could be the same supplier since it shipped from the same address at the same time. This is common on eBay with so many sellers but actually there is one supplier only.
The problem with registered mail sometimes it doesnt update the tracking and secondly the length delivery is no coincidence. It could take 6 weeks or more for registered mail and that is what i am experiencing. But if the item is too expensive i would consider open dispute so that it gives them worries like what you experiencing now. Usually they will inform you whether to resend a new one or refund.

By the way there is time limit to allow dispute for china products which is around 40 days so if you don't open dispute within that time frame of shipment u can say bye bye to your money
