Hi budi here, I check my tracking they sending back to airmail transit center so how do I contact for my item that I haven't receive yet
Hi budi, Transit center can be anywhere and it's a general name of item in shipment...it can be from china flying on a plane to singapore is called transit...or it can be also transit from one destination to another destination in china.
However from where exactly the location of the item before it is return to transit center? If it is from your country it could be still in singpost office. Call them and give them your tracking number to check in their database
