China post registered mail to Tanzania

Having one of the poorest post office facility making Tanzania is one unlikely place to ship an item. Tanzania post office website is full of errors and once the item arrive nobody knows where it is going to. This is one example item posted / shipped from China and once it arrive in Tanzania it is no where to be seen or heard of.
