Hello!
I sent my mail (track number: EC001516983PK) from Pakistan through EMS to the Hefei University of Technology. I tracked my courier and it is showing unsuccessful delivery cause addressee is not at the address, addressee office is closed.
Now will the China Post deliver my documents again or it will be returned to me?
This is the problem with a country using arabic words instead of roman alphabet -- it can be written in anyway as long as it sound the same. But in the end having parcel not delivered because the person (delivery man) who read it might mis-interpret it. Once the document has been return to the sender it will return and there is no way to resend it except another round of delivery
