Courier officer handed package to the wrong person?

This is often the case even you have not experience it but it does happens. The courier officer who is delivering package to your home simply handed it to the first person nearby your area or apartment. This is sound very ridiculous but it happens and just bear with it.

So what should you do? Get a direct contact with the courier company i.e. UPS, DHL, Fedex, TNT, EMS, USPS, etc which responsible in delivering your package and ask for the delivery bills. There will be written the person's particular details especially names who had signed and collected the package.

Then if indeed the courier officer is handing it to the wrong person. File a compensation claim from them you should be able to get at least some refund back. But then again you may not get a full refund...just accept it ;).
